Rétro-ingénierie du web-documentaire Find me in Kakuma : l’impasse méthodologique du design d’expérience utilisateur (2020)

This article presents results of a reverse engineering study of the web documentary Find Me in Kakuma. This study is based on an ergonomic audit conducted with the production team in order to enhance user experience. This action research allowed us to apprehend the strengths and the limitations of the design methodology put into place by the professionals involved (author, director, producer, designers and developers).
